Buy LITEc here

  1. Connect a wallet with USDC on Base - Base Account, Coinbase Wallet, MetaMask, Phantom, Rabby or any other.
  2. Open the Swap tab, pick USDC to sell and LITEc to buy, then type the amount.
  3. Swap and confirm once. LITEc goes through Aero in one transaction and lands in your wallet; 1% of the stock is our fee.

Selling is the same swap turned around, for USDC. Buys start at $1 and sales at $0.05. LITEc has no Chainlink feed, so a trade is held to its pool's own price instead: one that pays more than 1% over it or gets more than 1% under it, waits for you to confirm the figure and past 10% it is refused.

LITEc is not in the boxes: a box pays only stocks with a Chainlink price feed, which a prize is valued with. LITEc has none yet. The Vault shows what is paying.

Questions

Is LITEc the same as Lumentum stock?

LITEc is a token on Base that tracks one Lumentum share. Coinbase issues it and holds a matching share with a regulated custodian, so it is backed one to one. You hold the token in your own wallet; the share stays in custody.

Do I get Lumentum dividends or voting rights with LITEc?

No voting rights: those stay with the custodian. A cash dividend is added through the token's multiplier, so after one a token stands for a little more than one share, rather than paying you.

Can I buy LITEc in US?

No. Coinbase tokenized stocks are not offered to US persons and they are not available everywhere else either. Check your own rules before buying or opening a box.

What happens to LITEc when the stock market is closed?

Its pool trades around the clock, but with the market shut nothing moves its price except the trades in it, so it can drift from where the stock opens next. LITEc has no Chainlink feed to check it against.
