PMc is a token on Base that tracks one Philip Morris share. Coinbase issues it and holds a matching share with a regulated custodian, so it is backed one to one. You hold the token in your own wallet; the share stays in custody.
Do I get Philip Morris dividends or voting rights with PMc?
No voting rights: those stay with the custodian. A cash dividend is added through the token's multiplier, so after one a token stands for a little more than one share, rather than paying you.
Can I buy PMc in US?
