TSLAc is a token on Base that tracks one Tesla share. Coinbase issues it and holds a matching share with a regulated custodian, so it is backed one to one. You hold the token in your own wallet; the share stays in custody.
Do I get Tesla dividends or voting rights with TSLAc?
No voting rights: those stay with the custodian. The Chainlink price these tokens use is a total-return price, so a dividend shows up in the token's price rather than as a payment to you.
Can I buy TSLAc in US?
No. Coinbase tokenized stocks are not offered to US persons, and they are not available everywhere else either. Check your own rules before buying or opening a box.
What happens to TSLAc when the stock market is closed?
