AMZNc is a token on Base that tracks one Amazon share. Coinbase issues it and holds a matching share with a regulated custodian, so it is backed one to one. You hold the token in your own wallet; the share stays in custody.

Do I get Amazon dividends or voting rights with AMZNc?

No voting rights: those stay with the custodian. The Chainlink price these tokens use is a total-return price, so a dividend shows up in the token's price rather than as a payment to you.
